Have you ever wondered what our Region IX Direction and Regional Chair (DRC) does at the ASHRAE Winter & Annual Conferences? Here is your chance to find out! Through the LeaDRS program, YEA regional leaders have the opportunity to shadow the DRC, currently Jonathan Smith, at a Society Winter or Annual conference. LeaDRS not only allows you to experience a conference like a board member, but it is also a great opportunity to network and form connections with those active in ASHRAE. This program will allow the incoming or new regional leader to gain a better understanding of both regional and Society operations.  If selected to participate in the program, the costs of attending the conference (transportation, lodging, meals and registration) will be covered by ASHRAE Society and the region.
