To ensure a bright future for ASHRAE and the industry, the Young Engineers in ASHRAE (YEA) Committee was developed to create programs and develop a path for our young professional members. Any current ASHRAE Affiliate, Associate or Member who is 35 years of age or younger is considered a YEA member, and automatically has a wide variety of programs, events, and opportunities at their fingertips!
YEA Leadership Weekend 1.0 and YEA Leadership Weekend 2.0 are opportunities for the future leaders of ASHRAE to learn more about Society, develop soft skills, and network with other young professionals.

The region will cover the transportation costs associated with attending the leadership weekend (flight or driving costs) and the standard registration fee. Most meals are covered in the registration fee.
Criteria: All applicants must be ASHRAE members. For 1.0, you must be under the age of 35. YLW 2.0 is now open to any ASHRAE member over the age of 35 or any YEA member who holds an active management or leadership position.
Deadline: All applications must be received by the end of the day on September 5th and will be awarded by September 12th.
