2026 Chapters Regional Conference

Mark your calendars! The 2026 Region IX CRC in Omaha is just around the corner and registration is now open.

We can't wait to welcome you to Omaha August 6-8!

We've brought back the ASHRAE Regions app for CRC this year. It's your go-to companion for up-to-date schedule information, conference room maps, hotel information, companion information, speakers, sponsors, etc.

Early bird pricing is available through July 4th, so register early!

$250 Full Conference Attendee (increases to $300 on July 5th)

$175 Companion (Adult 18+) (Increases to $225 on July 5th)

$30 Companion (Youth Ages 5-17) (Increases to $40 on July 5th)

We also have a hotel room block available at $205/night

** Chapter Co-Chair substitute allowed for CTTC, GAC, SAC and YEA if Chair unable to attend and if RVC approves of the Co-Chair substitutes (must also notify committee staff liaison).
